    Description
    Project Manager Oracle HRMS is required. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a hugely successful company.

    The Project Manager will have in-depth experience of delivering multiple and complex IT projects focused on the delivery of Oracle applications.

    It is essential that you have in depth experience of Project Managing package acquisition, customisation, development and infrastructure on multiple Oracle applications such as HRMS, Payroll, OLM, OTL, SSHR.


    Essential experience:

    • Managing multiple Oracle applications such as HRMS, Payroll, OLM, OTL, SSHR and the Custom Application design.
    • Should have minimum 8 years of technical / functional experience in Oracle ERP eBusiness Suite HRMS
    • Technical in-depth knowledge to produce optimum design and architecture for Projects.
    • Must be familiar with Oracle AIM methodology, industry standard project management and development life cycles, and ITIL framework.
    • Identify system functionality, and map functionality to software components.
    • Delivering these solutions in a timely and effective manner
    • Understand and address non-functional requirements in the system
    • Ability to work in a busy demanding environment
    • Minimum 10 years of specialist technical experience, ideally within a project based IT environment. During which it should include IT Project management (minimum 8-10 years), with a good experience to industry std Project management and Development life Cycles, Change implementation planning and management, Systems Development Management, PM tools, Application support & Business analysis, People management
    • Experience in IT project management in a CMMI environment will definitely be an added advantage. Excellent and assertive communications and influencing/negotiating skills ideal pre-requisite for all positions.
    • High level of stakeholder management capability, ability to liaise with Senior execs and VPs
    • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
    • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Project management roles with onsite experience, with a proven track record in a large established organization
