Responsibilities:
Identify need, scope, and lead specific process improvement projects in support of optimizing our global footprint (e.g., helping business units identify and prioritize work from home opportunities)OResponsible for entire projects with significant scope and complexityOContributes to the Operations Strategic Plan by applying advanced knowledge of functional areasOMay develop and coach othersOEstablish and define project deliverables and objectivesOIdentify risks and obstacles, quantify impacts, ensure mitigations and contingency plans are executedOLead formal project interaction reviews, readinessOHas expert knowledge that extends across multiple disciplinesOProvides strategic direction for processes, and projects in area of expertiseOProvides cross-functional guidance and expertise


Requirements:
Kicks off needed engineering activities (defining responsibilities, tasks, goals, deadlines)Coordinates activities with TPL Passat, B-SUV, MY change and SB and Localization defining responsibilities, tasks, deadlines for the projectsSets up, coordinates and tracks needed project budgetsGenerates and coordinates project schedulesSupports Engineering activities for the Eigenschaftskatalog definitionSupports involvement into design briefings and technical concept definition
