The following are the key responsibilities of a TeleSales Executive for Credit Card and Personal Loan:

Making outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote credit card and personal loan products.

Presenting the benefits and features of credit card and personal loan products in a professional and persuasive manner.

Negotiating with customers and closing sales over the phone in a timely manner.

Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company.

Keeping up-to-date with changes in the credit card and personal loan industry and new products and services offered by the company.

Providing prompt and professional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Providing advice and guidance to customers on the appropriate credit card or personal loan products for their needs.

Maintaining accurate records of sales calls and customer information in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Salary:
AED2, AED4,000.00 per month
