  • Openmindedness to learn new methodologies and activities as part of the Masterminds Physical Development Program
  • Persona should reflect the premium nature of the Masterminds brand
  • Exceptional relationship and communication skills
  • Essential to relate well to both children and adults and have strong communication and listening skills

Job Description:

Masterminds, Dubai's leading early learning center, is recruiting for a Gymnastics Teacher.

Gymnastics is a core part of the curriculum at Masterminds with all children participating in gymnastics lessons - 3 times per week.

Experience working with young children is important for this role.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Developing and planning a structured gymnastics program with clear progression milestones between 8 years of age
  • Conducting small group and individual gymnastics lessons
  • Participate in the annual professional development cycle and demonstrate continuous commitment as a lifelong learner
  • Maintain confidentiality about all Centre matters at all times.
