    Develop and implement a business plan tomarket transactional banking services; Corporate customer basemanagement; Provide advice and guidance to clients and supportinternal colleagues to maximize potential sales opportunities;Achieve financial targets for assigned category and ensure customersatisfaction levels are maintained

    Revenueaccounts:


    Develop and implement a business plan to markettransaction banking services to target the corporate customer basein the UAE and manage the corporate customers from a workingcapital perspective to achieve agreed financial targets.

    Collaborate with Treasury, Regulated Trading, Investment Bankingand Operations to maximize potential sales opportunities and ensurecustomer service levels are maintained

    customersservice:
    Communicate with clients and advise on bankingsolutions for complex transactions; New solutions, developments andemerging opportunities; Resolve/escalate issues and cross-sellother products to ensure their current and future needs areadequately met

    Product training:
    Providetransaction banking solutions skills, knowledge and training tosupport corporate relationship managers in increasing sales oftransaction banking solutions

    Policies, procedures andsystems:
    Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures,structured work procedures and guidelines so that work is carriedout to the required standard and in a consistent manner whileproviding the required level of service to customers andstakeholders
