The Role

Are you passionate about the maritime industry and eager to learn the ropes of marine fuel trading? OILMAR is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual for a dynamic Marine Fuel Trading Paid Internship of 02 Months starting in May 2024.

Job Description:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the marine fuel trading business, including market dynamics, pricing strategies, and risk management.
• Assist senior traders with daily operations, including market research, deal negotiation, contract preparation, and customer relationship management.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective trading strategies.
• Participate in the execution of derivative fuel trades.
• Monitor market trends and analyze data.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring safety and compliance.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates in Shipping, Business, sales or a related field or junior Professional in sales, business or shipping related industries.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong work ethic, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Fluency in a second language (a plus).
• UAE Based (a plus).
