Job summary
The role of the Head of Pakistan for Taptap Send involves developing and scaling the company's growth amongst the diaspora in key sender-side markets. The individual will be responsible for managing every aspect of growth in these markets, including customer acquisition and retention strategy, pricing, product quality, customer experience, team development and coaching.
Key responsibilities include establishing a vision and strategy for Pakistan and all sending markets,
leading the team on the ground to execute within collaboratively aligned timelines,
managing every aspect of growth across the sending countries,
reporting to the executive leadership team on progress,
leveraging operational prowess with a data-driven test-and-learn mindset,
thinking creatively on ways to unlock growth,
collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders
