- AdviseHR on separation strategies, covering various separationscenarios.
- Ensure accurate and timelycompletion of separation activities, meeting payroll, and reportingdeadlines.
- Compute full and final settlements,including gratuity, repatriation benefits, and leaveentitlements.
- Maintain consistency inoffboarding documentation, letters, andcertificates.
- Prioritize high customersatisfaction for departing employees andleadership.
- Meet company's policycompliance and deadlines.
- Manage pension casesfor UAE Nationals within specifiedtimeframes.
- Liaise with stakeholders forclearances, including IT security and medicalinsurance.
- Conduct professional exitinterviews, categorize data for termination trends, and provideinsights to managers.
- Handle Life/Disabilityinsurance claims, coordinate National Service, and represent thecompany in employee emergencies.
- Determine theappropriate course of action for reportedoffenses.
- Bachelor'sdegree in HR Management, Business Administration, orequivalent.
- At least 2 years of managementexperience in Employee Relations/Offboarding.
- 3-5 years of relevantexperience.
- English and Arabic language aremandatory.
