    Description

    Keyresponsibilities:

    • AdviseHR on separation strategies, covering various separationscenarios.
    • Ensure accurate and timelycompletion of separation activities, meeting payroll, and reportingdeadlines.
    • Compute full and final settlements,including gratuity, repatriation benefits, and leaveentitlements.
    • Maintain consistency inoffboarding documentation, letters, andcertificates.
    • Prioritize high customersatisfaction for departing employees andleadership.
    • Meet company's policycompliance and deadlines.
    • Manage pension casesfor UAE Nationals within specifiedtimeframes.
    • Liaise with stakeholders forclearances, including IT security and medicalinsurance.
    • Conduct professional exitinterviews, categorize data for termination trends, and provideinsights to managers.
    • Handle Life/Disabilityinsurance claims, coordinate National Service, and represent thecompany in employee emergencies.
    • Determine theappropriate course of action for reportedoffenses.

    Knowledge, skills &experience:

    • Bachelor'sdegree in HR Management, Business Administration, orequivalent.
    • At least 2 years of managementexperience in Employee Relations/Offboarding.
    • 3-5 years of relevantexperience.
    • English and Arabic language aremandatory.
