The Program Manager will develop programs to support the organization's strategic direction and OKRs (Objectives & Key Results).The Program Manager will be responsible for developing budgets and writing program, project and continuous improvement agile PODs funding requestsJob Responsibilities:
Manage programs of medium to high complexity while ensuring compliance to the EIT standard program & project management methodology, processes & tools ensuring organizational goals are achievedDrive the delivery of the program roadmap, which include both Agile and Waterfall projects as well as dedicated Agile PODs for Continuous improvement of existing productsEffectively mobilize and manage project resources (manpower, equipment & material) and lead the team towards successful deliveryAllocate and assign work assignments to resources in conjunction with the Engineering Heads
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field; Project Management Certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in Corporate HR, Finance and Procurement functions.
