    As aReceptionist you will be the first point of contact for visitorsand play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcomingexperience. Your primary responsibilities include greeting guestsproviding information about the attraction handling inquiries andensuring smooth operations at the receptionarea.
    • Greetvisitors upon arrival with a friendly and welcomingattitude.
    • Provideinformation about the tourist attraction including exhibits eventsand any specialpromotions.
    • Assistguests with ticket purchases reservations and any otherinquiries
    • Manageincoming calls and emails professionally directing inquiries to theappropriatedepartments.
    • Provideaccurate information regarding opening hours admission fees andgeneral attractiondetails.
    • Maintaina tidy and organized receptionarea.
    • Handlecash transactions issue receipts and reconcile daily cashreports.
    • Assistin managing reservations and coordinating groupvisits.
    • Resolvecustomer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriatesupervisor.
    • Collectand document visitor feedback to help improve the overall guestexperience.
    • Communicateeffectively with other departments to ensure seamless coordinationofactivities.
    • Assistin promoting and coordinating special events orpromotions.
    • Monitorthe entrance area to ensure the security of theattraction.
    • Followestablished protocols for emergency situations and report anyincidentspromptly.

    Requirements

    • Diplomaor bachelor s degree in a suitablefield
    • Priorproven experience as a receptionist or in related fieldpreferred
    • Musthave Good written and verbal communication skills in English& Arabic plus any otherlanguage
    • Strongorganizational abilities and attention todetail.x
    • Proficiencyin using basic computer software and officeequipment.
    • Abilityto work a flexible schedule including weekends andholidays.


    Diploma or bachelor s degree in a suitable field Prior, provenexperience as a receptionist or in related field preferred Musthave Good written and verbal communication skills in English &Arabic, plus any other language Strong organizational abilities andattention to detail.x Proficiency in using basic computer softwareand office equipment.
