The Role:
- The role is based out of Masdar city, Abu Dhabi.
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations, bookings, maintenance.
- Deal with different departments within the company, maintain good relationships, arrange for Lunch & Learn events for customers.
- Dealing with multicultural customers, and multicultural Saint-Gobain team members.
- The role is functionally reporting to Head of Specification SG GC, but it experiences a high level of autonomy in terms of booking of the facility, managing the events, requesting Facility Management / Maintenance, and other services.

Requirements:
- Coordinate office activities and operations.
- Manage Agenda of the facility / bookings, in coordination of the relevant Saint-Gobain staff.
- Create and update records of all guests / visitors to the office.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence.
- Assist the Marketing team in organizing for events (catering, furniture, etc.)
- Supervise Cleaners, Maintenance & Facility Management teams.
- Assist in preparation / adjustment of presentations.
- Contribute to the safety aspects of the company by demonstrating responsibility of self and others Adhere to the Saint Gobain Policies, Principles of Conduct & Action.
Additional Requirements:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), printing tools, and other computer tools.
- BSc/BA in Office administration or relevant field is preferred.
- Qualifications in Secretarial studies will be an advantage.
- Arabic language is considered a plus.
