- Mentor and develop capabilities ofDevOps engineers, participate in strategic project initiatives andplanning, contribute to decision-makingprocesses.
- Collaborate with software andplatform engineering teams on designing and implementing technologystack to ensure safe and efficient deployment ofapplication.
- Design, implement and manageinfrastructure as code (IaC) to ensure scalability andflexibility.
- Deploy applications usingcontinuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines toensure a smooth and end-to-end automatedprocess.
- Regularly evaluate and adjust CI/CDprinciples and service maturity and identify opportunities forimprovement.
- Monitor performance indicators andrecommend enhancements by performing gap analysis, identifyingalternative solutions, offer actionable improvement plans andassisting with modifications.
- Collaborate withsecurity management teams to ensure that systems are safe andsecure against cybersecurity threats.
- Write andmaintain relevant documentation ensuring completeness andquality.
- Work closely with process managementand operational teams and contribute to process developmentstandardizing collaboration framework and improving collaborationefficiency.
- Act as an advisor to internalDevOps and engineering team stakeholders, contributing totechnology roadmaps and architecturaldecisions
