    Overview

    The UAE Strategy and Consulting team is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Consultant into its Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism service line. Knight Frank is a leading practitioner in global commercial real estate markets with the Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism service line providing strategic analyses on the residential, hospitality, office, retail and industrial real estate markets. The team primarily advises government and semi- government entities, developers and private and institutional investors.

    Responsibilities

    • Undertake research for the identified services and provide meaningful market driven advice with full responsibility of the project deliverables.
    • Review the work undertaken by more junior staff members to ensure that quality of output is maintained.
    • Undertake feasibility and highest and best use studies, risk assessments and financial feasibility.
    • Liaise with clients and communicate fully with all stakeholders and colleagues to ensure the delivery of tasks are managed in an efficient and professional manner.
    • Liaise with sub consultants and other professionals where required to deliver results.
    • Have an understanding and appreciation of Middle East macro-economics and drivers of development strategies and real estate sector growth.
    • Keep abreast of key trends/developments in real estate regionally and globally in order to provide an informed opinion.
    • Refer business leads or other potential fee earning opportunities into other parts of the regional and global business.
    • Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership.

    Skills And Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality sector, ideally with a consultancy.
    • Knowledge of regional real estate markets.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Ability to work flexible schedules based on project needs.
    • Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
    • Software: Microsoft Office programs to a proficient level.
    • Language skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
    • Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
