    As a Senior DevOps Engineer at CEQUENS, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that owns and operates the company's products and services.

    As a DevOps Engineer, you will utilize your developer background and experience in a complex technical operations environment, preferably with cloud-based services.

    Our engineers at CEQUENS develop services that implement real-time voice and messaging using industry standards such as SIP, RTP, SMPP, WebRTC, and HTTP.

    You will be responsible for ensuring 24x7 availability, performance, and manageability of these services.


    Responsibilities:
    Master AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.

    Implement and maintain AWS IAM and SSO for robust access control and identity management. Continuously optimize cloud infrastructure for peak performance and cost efficiency. Develop and manage comprehensive monitoring and auditing solutions using AWS CloudWatch and Datadog. Proactively analyze system performance to identify and mitigate potential issues. Conduct regular audits for security compliance and operational efficiency. Maintain secure and efficient network infrastructures in AWS and other hosting environments. Implement and oversee network security protocols and tools, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Regularly update and audit security measures to align with evolving industry standards. Monitor and analyze AWS billing and usage data for cost-saving opportunities. Regularly report on cost efficiency and adherence to budgets. Lead and efficiently manage incident response efforts. Thoroughly document incidents and develop long-term solutions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with multiple teams for effective issue resolution and system improvements.

    Vigilantly monitor and audit system and user access. Investigate anomalies or unauthorized access incidents and maintain comprehensive access logs. Implement and refine reliability engineering practices to enhance system uptime and performance. Conduct reliability testing and simulations to anticipate potential system failures and mitigate risks. Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement scalable and reliable system architectures. Develop automation scripts and utilize IaC tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for efficient infrastructure management. Work closely with different teams to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement. Participate in cross-functional meetings and retrospectives to discuss performance, challenges, and improvement strategies.

    In order to be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
    Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. Deep knowledge of the AWS cloud platform. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform. Familiarity with microservices and container-based stacks such as Docker and Kubernetes. Strong scripting skills using languages like Python, Bash, etc. Understanding of security practices and measures. Experience with Configuration Management technologies, preferably Ansible. Familiarity with monitoring solutions like CloudWatch, Data Dog, and the ELK stack.#J-18808-Ljbffr
