JOB DETAILS:


MIS Executive is responsible for a full range of activities, which ensures the operational effectiveness and excellence across the business Units and Departments.

He/she would be required re-design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational/monetary effectiveness.

The Business Analyst's primary objective is to assist the business to prepare and maintain business reports, sales performance dashboards, solutions in a business effective way by determining the requirements from Sales Department, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.

Advance level in MS. excel is a must.


Key Responsibilities of MIS Executive:

  • Support the preparation and flash of periodic management reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly),
  • Data include: (1) YTD Revenue, (2) MTD Performance and Key KPI reports, (3) CRM Tagging, (4) Customer meetings, (5) Input KPI's Daily.
  • Prepare a monthly review of the business performance and maintain variance analysis between Actual, Budget and Business Plan (across all content segments and key operational metrics).
  • Keep track of content budgeting across various content segments and monitor the changes, aligning with the budget constraints.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to drive to clear sales incentives, salaries & variable pay.
Support key stakeholders in approval of business cases aligned with business requirements.

Review cost structures and operating models to identify areas of improvement on a regular basis.

Conduct deep analysis on post-mortem performance to provide areas of improvement, to support business decisions.

Identify reporting needs of business and work closely with sales and support teams to enhance reporting skills


Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from well reputed university

Advanced presentation skills

Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail and comfort in handling big data

  • Fluency in English

Skills:
Ability to work under pressure.

Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
