GCT is looking for a
FEMALE Sales Assistant to join their team.

  • Provide support and assistance to Sales Manager.
  • Manages client communication and relationship
  • Follow up on quotation and order status, includes interacting with the client and other department as needed to finalize the order.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitoring delivery schedule
  • Preparing Sales Report on monthly basis
  • Follow up with forwarders and shipping companies
  • Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers

Skills:


  • Understanding of sales administration processes, such as quoting, proforma Invoices, shipping etc.
  • Experience in negotiating with customers and demonstrated ability to achieve a win outcome.
  • Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Export & Import: min 2 years (required)
  • Thorough knowledge on Supply chain &
Logistics Procurement: 2 years (required)
