Responsibilities:
Responsible for all Visual Merchandising activities in all accounts.
Develop and rollout necessary tools to support consistent implementation of all accounts.
Implement VM guidelines and standards to all accounts.
Train and coach store managers with VM guidelines.

Collaborates with Sales and CM team in a daily basis to ensure the store layouts and products and Pop's match properly.

Strong Visual Presentation to meet the directions of the brand including visual merchandising, graphics, fixtures etc.
