• Fluency in English
• At least two years of work experience in travel and tourism.
• Provide endtoend service while organizing a trip, from booking the tickets to reserving the hotels to creating the itinerary.
• Experience with ticketing, exchanges for complex multisegment international and domestic fares, and PNRs
• AMADEUS experience is required. (Ticketing, reissue, refund, quality control, and ticketing skills are preferred.)
• Proven work experience in the sales department in a travel agency.
• Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual, etc.).

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
