Manage, not only coordinate, the assigned development from concept to completionScope, plan, contract and coordinate internal allocated resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the development activitiesLiaise with the relevant line managers in the Development Engineering Division to ensure feasible (technical, schedule and cost) work packages as well as resource allocationCreate and maintain the RASI (responsible, accountable, support, information) table to clearly define rolesIdentify risks, generate and maintain the Risk Register to capture mitigation plans, status reporting and risk closure approvals/ sign-offsContribute and partake in the project management team thereby ensuring that the output of the development conforms with the expectations of the product,Lead and mentor Junior Project Managers to facilitate projects and perform assigned responsibilitiesExperience &

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/Technology degree and/or equivalent technical qualification in the fieldWorking knowledge in the broad spectrum of product development as related to guided munition development and manufacturingProject Management Professional certification/equivalent of higher (e.g. MBA) a distinct advantageAt least 8/15 years (B.Eng / B.Tech.) or 7/10 years (M.Eng / M.Tech.)
of related experience, preferably, in the aerospace industryDevelopment experience in at least one of the relevant engineering disciplines such as mechanical, mechatronic, electrical, electronic, software or aeronauticalExperience in managing a system/sub-system through more than 2 of the development cycles Disclaimer:
