Proficient in creating information architecture, sitemaps, and user flows for efficient navigation.
Lead the definition of user experience designs based on relevant business, technical, and design considerations.
Explain, discuss and justify design decisions eloquently.
Give effective feedback and direction to more junior members of the team.
Manage user experience activities at squad level.
Own all user experience deliverables at squad level including user flows, wireframes, user journeys.
Evaluate output of other UX designers to ensure quality of design work.
Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather insights to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience.
