_Waiters and waitresses, play a critical role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests.

They are responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to the needs of customers.

Here are the key responsibilities of a waiter or waitress:

- _Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, escort them to their tables, and present menus._

- _Accurately record guests' food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted._

Menu Knowledge:

- _Familiarize yourself with the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommendations._
- _Provide guests with information about daily specials and promotions._

Serving Food and Drinks:

- _Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately, ensuring correct placement and presentation._
- _Handle food and drink service with care and attention to detail._

Upselling and Recommendations:

- _Make personalized recommendations based on guests' preferences._

- _Clear used dishes and reset tables promptly for incoming guests._

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Experience:

- server: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Dubai (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
