Scan CVs and applicationforms
Interviewing candidates (via phone, video,and in person)
Preparing and distributing tasksand tests of numbers, language, and logicalreasoning
Advertise job opportunities on thecompany's careers page, social media, external career sitesand internally
Provide hiring managers withshortlists of qualified candidates
Send job offerletters and respond to inquiries about compensation andbenefits
Monitor key HR indicators, includingtime to mobilize, time to hire, and source ofrecruitment
Participating in career fairs andorganizing internal recruitmentevents
Collaborate with managers to identifyfuture staffing needs
Act as an advisor to newemployees and assist them in the integrationprocess
