- Perform all necessary tasks toservice food & beverage according to the standard ofperformance manual of the hotel
- Acquire indepth knowledge of the food & beverage menu of the assignedoutlet in order to assist and provide advice toguests
- Practice good customer relations andattend to customer complaints and queriessatisfactorily
- Ensure the Outlet is set-up forservice and supervise for a smoothoperation
- Direct and supervise the service teamto ensure that all duties are performed as perstandards
- Ensure that all colleagues havereceived adequate training to perform theirduties
- Ensure proper organization, planning andcontrol of supplies and maintain concise record of all beveragestock in order to ensure that the required isavailable
- Ensure minimum wastage, breakage andspoilage
- Actively use up selling techniques byexceeding guest expectations and to increaserevenue
