Description
We are a well reputed retail and wholesale company operating in All UAE.

Currently we are looking for Accounts and Admin assistant who have retail experience including but not limited to.

1-Reconcile accounts of the customer and check for the pending balance

2-Update the sales invoices

3-Collect the cash from the customer

4-Make daily report for petty cash

5-Enter new purchases from local & import procurement

6-Prepare payment for the suppliers

7-Prepare and print invoice for the customer

8-Issue receipts and refunds due to customers.

9-Processing of payment by cash, debit/credit cards and vouchers.


Salary:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Accounts: 3 years (preferred)
