    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

    This is a strategic project management role for an organized, passionate, and goal-oriented future leader. This role will lead x-functional and x-cluster workstreams, drive major change initiatives across functions to build in 'Responsiveness' capabilities in Emerging Markets. Manage (senior) stakeholder's relationship and secure buy-ins to project deliverables.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SCM workstreams within 'Responsiveness' program for Emerging Markets in alignment with strategic direction of the program.
  • Identify business opportunities across Emerging Markets - clusters, further the strategic vision of implementing 'Responsiveness' in Emerging Markets.
  • Key tasks include project planning, milestones execution and monitoring.
  • Manage effective and timely communication on project progress and results to sponsors and senior management.
  • Lead interpretation of program, project results and translate into insights to steer the project successfully.
  • Effectively deploy project management toolkit across work streams to ensure high quality and consistency of deliverables.
  • Manage supply chain development departmental activities (e.g. knowledge sharing)
  • Key Relationships:

  • Drive project activities and connect with other stakeholders to share activities across work streams.
  • Initiate and drive discussions with x-functional stakeholders to collect and consolidate feedback, prepare, and align solutions.
  • Proactively manage stakeholders, build relationships, and manage communication.
  • Stakeholders related to the project:
    • GOPS functions (Advanced Analytics, DNA, Global IT, Sourcing)
    • SCM – Cluster Leads, Product Supply, Global SCM S&P
    • Market Functions – Brand, Cluster leads
    • EM Finance
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Soft skills:

  • End-to-end mindset, big picture view of business processes
  • Independently manage portfolio of tasks and handle upward communication proactively
  • Highly self-motivated individual
  • Engaging, open and react to feedbacks and improve
  • Change management skills by influencing network of stakeholders
  • Hard skills:

  • Proven track records on wide areas of tools (e.g. Project planning, process mapping, Excel analytics, etc.)
  • Solid presentation and storytelling skills
  • Functional knowledge of Product Supply and/or sourcing is an advantage.
  • Requisite Education and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in project management, and/or supply chain management
  • Within which 1-2 years of relevant project leadership, team management experiences
  • University degree, PMP and lean sigma certification preferred.
