6. Is enthusiastic, imaginative and forwardthinking
   
7. Can inspire, motivate and engage children to achieveand succeed
   
8. Is able to form positive relationship with Children,staff and parents
   

About the role:

Teaching:

1. Plan and teach well-structured lessons to assignedclasses, following the schools plans, curriculum and scheme ofwork
   
2. Assess, monitor, record and report on the learningneeds, progress and achievement of assigned students, makingaccurate and productive use of assessments
   
3. Adapt teaching torespond to the strength and needs of students
   
4. Set high expectationswhich inspire, motivate and challenge
   
5. Promote good progressand outcome by students
   
6. Demonstrate good subject and curriculumknowledge
   
7. Participate in arrangements for preparing students forexternal and internal tests
   

Organization, Strategy and Development

1. Contribute to the development, implementation andevaluation of the schools policies, practices and procedures, tosupport the schools values and vision
   
2. Make a positivecontribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
   
3. Work with otherteaching staff on curriculum and students development to secureco-ordinated outcomes
   
4. Play the role of substitute teachers in anunforeseen circumstances that another teacher is unable to
   

Professional Development

1. Take part in the Schoolsappraisal process
   
2. Take part in further Training and Development in orderto improve your own
