- Reports to the Duty Engineer/Shift Leader regarding daily work progress and work ordercompletion.
- Inspect all areas of the propertyfor safety issues and take immediate correctiveaction.
- Assist guests regarding propertyfacilities in an informative and helpfulway.
- Fault finding & trouble shootingof reported guest room complaints.
- Worksclosely with Duty Engineer/ Shift Leader and peers to carry outpreventive maintenance and annual maintenanceprogram.
- Follows all safety rules andregulations in job, departmental procedures andinstructions.
- Any guest issues has to be on toppriority.
- Proficient in the English language(verbal & written), second language is anasset.
- Minimum of two years experience inhandling Air conditioning, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing,Mechanical, General building, Kitchen equipment andMasonry.
- Previous Hotel experience is anasset.
- Must be flexible in terms of workinghours.
- Must be a self-starter, take initiativesand make decisions in fast-paced, changingenvironment.
- Knowledge of preventivemaintenance procedures and use of testequipment.
