Description
Manage and oversee all MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) aspects of fit-out construction projects

  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
  • Coordinate with other teams and departments, such as architects, designers, and contractors
  • Ensure that all work is performed to industry standards and within budget
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and make adjustments as necessary
  • Ensure that all necessary permits and inspections are obtained
  • Ensure that all work meets safety standards and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
