    Main Duties:

    • To support Outlet Manager in managing all theoutlets efficiently according to the established conceptstatements.
    • To ensure that all operatingstandards are adhered to in order to achieve the level of serviceestablished in the Departmental Operations Manual.
    • To assign responsibilities to subordinates and to checktheir performance periodically.
    • To assist incontrolling the requisitioning storage and careful using of alloperating equipment and supplies
    • Toparticipate in the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget indetermining outlet projected revenues and expenses operatingequipment and FF&E requirements in line with thecompilation of the Annual Business Plan.
    • Toensure that the par stocks for all operating equipment and suppliesare strictly adhered to and that the outlet is adequatelyequipped.
    • To assist in conducting monthlyinventory checks on all operating equipment andsupplies.
    • To carry out monthly quarterlybiyearly yearly inventory of operating equipment.
    • To establish a rapport with guests maintaining goodcustomer relationship and assisting to update guest historyfiles.
    • To conduct daily preshift briefings toambassadors on preparation service and productknowledge.
    • To attend Daily OperatingMeeting.
    • To assist in planning and organizingfestive food promotions within the outlet.
    • Toliaise with the Kitchen and Beverage department on daily operationand quality.
    • To handle all guest complaintsrequests and enquiries on food beverage and service.
    • To assist in the operations and be visible during peaktimes.
    • To ensure that the outlet cashieringprocedures are strictly adhered to.
    • To assistin the revision and updating of the outlet Departmental OperationsManual on as needed basis.
    • To assist in theformulation of the Annual Marketing Plan to establish a list ofmarketing activities in line with the compilation of the AnnualBusiness Plan.
    • To maintain the Daily LogBook.
    • To assist in planning the outlet weeklyroster and work schedules to ensure that the outlet is adequatelymanned to handle the level of business and submit a copy to theHuman Recourses Department.
    • To maintain theoutlet bulletin board.
    • To submit allguest/ambassador incident reports.
    • To reportlost and found items.
    • To ensure that theoutlet is kept clean and organized both at the front and back areaas well.
    • To liaise and organize withHousekeeping and Stewarding Departments that the establishedcleaning schedules are strictly adhered to.
    • To issue repair and maintenance work orders to ensure propermaintenance of the outlet.
    • To supervise theambassadors within the department ensuring that the correctstandards and methods of service are maintained as stated in theHotel and Department Operations Manual.
    • Tomaintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at alltimes.
    • To ensure that the Departmentsoperational budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs arecontrolled and expenditure approved.
    • Tocontribute to regular departmental CommunicationsMeetings.
    • To assist in the training ofambassadors ensuring that they have the necessary skills to performtheir duties with the maximum efficiency and in the most productivemanner.
    • To ensure rosters are posted andtimesheets submitted on time with a copy to the Human Resources andFood & Beverage Departments.
    • Toliaise and inform Food and Beverage Department and Human ResourcesDepartment of all training sessions.
    • Toconduct ambassador performance appraisals.
    • Toidentify and develop young talents within the organization forfuture potential growth within the group.
    • Tobe entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the differentoutlets of the Food and Beverage Department.
    • To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the OutletManager.
