    • Maintain a good understanding of operations including, products, customer, markets, cost structures and information systems
    • Provide Decision Support Analysis to help managers to assess & design new products and services.
    • Strong ability to recognize data problems/ issues and Identify & analyze gaps
    • Identify all the systems, processes and users that are impacted by the business problem, and/or the solution.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
