- Must possess a Bachelor'sDegree in Civil Engineering from a recognizeduniversity.
- A minimum of 10 years ofpost-graduation experience is required, with at least 5 years ofthis experience being specifically in the field of HV substationsand OHL.
- Candidates must have expertise indealing with power utilities, preferably in the GCCregion.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing,and speaking) is mandatory.
- Adequate knowledgeof international standards is essential.
- Musthave a good understanding of informationsystems.
- Prior experience in an Owner or OwnerEngineering role is required.
- Experience withGCCIA, SEC or TRANSCO ismandatory.
