Procurement Officer - Interior Fit-Out

  • Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures
  • Identifying and assessing potential suppliers and negotiating contracts
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying costsaving opportunities
  • Managing the procurement budget and ensuring costeffectiveness
  • Overseeing the purchasing process, including requisition, purchase order, and invoice approval
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical procurement practices
  • Managing the inventory and storage of purchased goods
  • Collaborating with other departments to understand their needs and ensure they are met
  • Identifying and managing risks associated with procurement activities.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required_
Procurement Field: 2 years UAE (required)

  • Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft office especially in Ms. Excel & Word (Microsoft Office)
  • Purchasing, vendor negotiations experience required.
  • Experience in preparing financial reports and cost estimation
  • Should be fluent in English language.
  • Must be inside UAE location

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
