We seek a dedicated Inside Sales Representative professional to amplify sales of our Swiss-made Leister Plastic Welding Machines and Equipment from our Dubai office.

Your Role

Sales Outreach: Cold call prospects, manage lead generation, qualify sales opportunities, and act as the main customer contact.

CRM Management: Actively engage with our HubSpot CRM, ensuring real-time updates and proficient use.

Sales Follow-Up: Manage customer inquiries, prepare sales quotations and follow-up the sales pipeline.

Order Processing:Efficiently use our ERP system for order processing and fulfilment including order confirmations, delivery notes, invoicing, and payment collection.

Administrative Tasks:Maintain sales records, organize sales meetings, and handle related administrative duties.
Your Profile

Experience & Skills: Minimum 3 years in Inside Sales, Call Center, or Telemarketing roles. Demonstrated success in sales and proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM Systems (HubSpot preferred).

Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Sales Drive: Proven capability to drive sales, with an emphasis on lead generation and pipeline management.

Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, tailored for proactive sales outreach.

Efficiency & Initiative: Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, always seeking opportunities and solutions in high-pressure scenarios.
