    The Part M Technical role reports to the Tech Services and Reliability Manager and undertakes a Typhoon Part M Technical Role within the Continuing Airworthiness Management Support Services (CAMSS) on behalf of the The post holder will manage the technical queries and service enquiries for both the Part M and Part 145 The post holder should be able to, through the development of subject matter knowledge and experience, support the delivery of technical services at strategic and tactical levels, to enable the maximisation of operational efficiency and minimisation of

    Support the development and production of the technical content of work instructions, for the rectification of defects and damage, as well as the accomplishment of operator maintenance programme requirements At a tactical level lead and manage the Maintenance Support interface with Design Organisations and OEMs, Part 145 organisation(s), Reliability & Maintenance Programmes and all other key stakeholders, in order to deliver Maintenance Support capability to meet contract delivery Manage and report back to Design Organisations and Suppliers, in support of all Maintenance Ensure any trends are identified, generate effective resolution, or sponsor escalation of trends to management as appropriate Support the development and production of Part 145 capability to be established within the On-Base environment to discharge the Operator Maintenance Programme requirements; and Technical content of work instructions, for standard maintenance and the rectification of defects and damage Qatar Support Organisation Position Profile Page 2 of 2 Support the assessment and accomplishment of instructions for continued airworthiness, for both airworthiness instructions and non-mandatory requirements Support the assessment, coordination of approval and accomplishment of operator modification requirements Work with design organisations, the maintenance tasking & verification team, Part 145 organisation, reliability and maintenance programmes and all other key stakeholders, in order to deliver the required standards of continuing airworthiness and contract delivery Support the review and reporting on the effectiveness of technical enquiry management, including feedback to design organisations and suppliers, across all responsible maintenance Support the identification and escalation of any trends

    Requirements

    Performance indicators Ensure the effective provision of Maintenance Support activities by meeting delivery targets and reporting any impact on Continuing Understand how individual actions contribute to overall delivery performance Completion of activities Ensure all Maintenance Support activities are appropriately documented and airworthiness records are maintained on relevant systems (IT / paper based). Compile required reporting, identify any issues and escalate as appropriate Procedure/standards Ensure all technical services activities comply with the CAME, its associated procedures and standards and any other company procedures and standards, as Identify changes, as required Safety Management System Ensure human factors and error management philosophies are applied to the support of technical services Aware of the risks associated with technical services and the means by which they are mitigated and managed Management System Assurance Ensure technical services support activities are compliant with the QAF governance and assurance Support process confirmations and independent assurance audits, as required, and respond appropriately to findings in a timely manner Statutory / Regulatory & Legislative requirements Able to demonstrate a general understanding of the application of the relevant continuing airworthiness regulatory Ensure compliance with all other requirements, ITAR, EaPW, ISO, Contractual Requirements Comply with all applicable contractual
