Keyresponsibilities

Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limitedto:

• Analyze client tender documentscomprehensively to discern project requirements for both sea and/orland projects;
• Prepare engineering drawings forsea and/or land activities;
• Prepare technicaldocuments complying with clientrequirements;
• Prepare Primavera projectschedules;
• Collaborate with Project Managementand Commercial departments to devise viable technicalsolutions;
• Prepare meticulous projectestimations, outlining anticipated costs andtimelines;
• Engage with suppliers,subcontractors, and potential partners to solicit quotations andassess collaboration opportunities;
• Attendclarification meetings with potential clients, representing bothsea and/or land tenders;
• Champion thecontinuous refinement and enhancement of the tenderingprocesses;
• Supervise and ensure punctualsubmission of all tenders, adhering to client stipulateddeadlines;
• Liaise closely with the operationsunits post-award to guarantee smooth transitions and projecthandovers.
