    Job title: Material Planner

    Description

    Material Planning Opportunity


    This role is ideal for a professional with exceptional organizational skills and a strong background in logistics.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage raw material stock levels, ensuring accurate tracking and identification of discrepancies.
    • Review and revise error lists, MRP, and Dipso-List to reflect changing demand.
    • Analyze deliveries without open orders and implement necessary adjustments.
    • Monitor stock levels, develop action plans for deviations, and collaborate with the RM MM team.
    • Eliminate obsolete stock by allocating it to suitable locations.
    • Analyze demand loss from previous weeks, identify new IDs, and take corrective actions.
    • Calculate raw material values per project and key IDs, adjusting KPI as needed.
    • Perform ABC analysis and adjust disposition lead times accordingly.
    • Update expenditure masks, including originator columns and traffic light systems.
    • Create and verify email lists for relevant employees.
    • Oversee production planning, including lead times and call-off management.
    • Input planned figures for production and workdays into KPI.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
    • ERP and WMS knowledge.
    • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics and material planning.
    • Familiarity with free zone regulations regarding stock movement.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.

    Industry and Work Environment:

    • The automotive and auto accessories sectors.
    • A full-time position within the logistics department or supply chain division.
