- Provide ongoing legal support tothe Business Development and Artist Services teams to devise musiclicensing strategy and close deals necessary to scale music licensecoverage for our flagship products and other ByteDance-owneddigital/mobile properties
- Review, draft andnegotiate key blanket/catalogue music license agreements andagreements with music artists
- Respond promptlyto legal requests from internalstakeholders
- Advise on music copyright-relatedintellectual property rights issues
- Providepragmatic, business-focused, solution-oriented legal advice andguidance to internal stakeholders with regard to business and legalrisks, copyright compliance and companypolicies
