    Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a distinguished engineering services leader in the UAE.We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our team.

    For an industry-leading Engineering Service provider, we are looking for individuals who excel in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Business Developemet
    • Develop and expand the industrial customer base in targeted sectors and achieve Order Intake and Gross Profit targets.


    • Solutions Proposal

    • Propose tailored solutions based on applications and inquiries and qualify solutions for new sectors/clients, diversifying the market.


    • Project Identification

    • Identify ongoing and tender projects, ensuring timely inquiry collection and actively pursue jobinhand projects and develop a future project pipeline.


    • Technical Engagement

    • Engage technically through presentations and demos for product approval and regularly visit clients, consultants, and end users, building project relations.


    • Market Understanding

    • Understand competition and price range through market study.
    • Negotiation & Commercial offers
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers, clients, and end users and prepare and review technocommercial offers, considering market dynamics.


    • Value Engineering

    • Propose value engineering solutions without compromising specifications


    • Client Interaction

    • Act as the primary contact between customer organizations and the company.


    • Adherence to Policies

    • Familiarize oneself with standard operating procedures, organizational policies, and adhere to QHSE policies.
    • Demonstrate awareness of Q & HSE policies, objectives, and emergency preparedness at the department and project site.
    • Promptly report any identified HSE incidents or emergencies to designated specialists.
    • Provide suggestions for continual improvement of Quality and HSE systems aligned with ISO standards.

    Requirements

    - Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

    • Post Graduation in strategic sales & marketing is a plus.
    • 5 Years of experience in similar field.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
