The Business developmentEngineer will be responsible for getting Sigma/Al Arabia EMS in the vendorlist of Consultants & Developers
Registrations& renewals of AA – EMS across all Government , semi government ,military departments and organizations.
Identifying & mappingbusiness strengths and customer needs , tracking changes & trendsin
Market place and activities ofcompetitors
Strengthen and improve AlArabia EMS market share and market coverage in the assigned UAE market
Establishing& Increasing customer base, generating new customers and maintaining avery healthy relationship with existing customers. Get regular feedbacksfrom customers regarding our product and services.
Responsibleto achieve individual sales targets,
maintain profit margins and KPI's
Able to review tender, checkfor any deviations, analyze and select suitable product from themanufacturer's product range to meet the customer requirement
Preparingestimations and sending quotations to the customers, follow up for thequotations sent, attend technical/commercial meeting with clients,negotiate and finalize the order with the clients.
Reviewingsubcontract terms ( contractual & financial) , Submit technicalsubmittal, shop drawings for consultant approval, follow up for approval,advance payment, and attend site meetings.
Coordinatewith factory for Commercial/technical issues related to sales activities.
Orderplacing to factory after receiving approvals to drawings, technicalsubmittal and finishes and follow up with factory for material shipment.
Coordinatewith other departments for any support functions required for normal salesactivities.
Transferthe file to Installation Department with all the necessary requirements asper adopted procedures.
Continueto support Installation Department while project is ongoing according totheir need and maintain relationship with client for securing futureprojects
Coordinatewith local suppliers if required for sales related activities.
Findnew suppliers for products that are not available or not competitive.
Continueto develop the knowledge of applicable international standards and localregulations relative to the domain of work
Handling of Key Accounts
Carryout analysis and produce reports on a monthly and as and when requiredbasis.
