    Operations Specialist

    Key Responsibilities

    Job Summary and Description:

    Support Administrative, duties of EPRI's Office in the Middle East region and other regions as is required.

    Working with EPRI's wider finance, legal and admin teams, tasks could include:
    • Monitor and report on technical staff utilization through SAP.
    • Support EPRI budget reporting cycle.
    • Track Direct Labor Utilization (DLU), generate hourly reports, and communicate DLU targets.
    • Handle EPRI International office management, including lease contracts.
    • Support payroll process ensuring timely and accurate payments.
    • Support/Followup immigration and residency for employees.
    • Support customer invoices and follow up on payments.
    • Manage vendor relationships and facilitate invoice payments.
    • Support with EPRI's ERP system where needed.
    • support EPRI registration process in customer procurement portals.
    • Generate ad hoc finance reports and provide necessary financial support.
    • Assist with the administrative aspects of new hire onboarding.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 5-9 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of organization and attention to detail.
