- 5-6 years PQE
- Experience which focuses on maritime, aviation, dispute resolution including class actions
- Proven experience working on litigation matters within the Supreme and Federal Courts, and a commitment to technical excellence
- Established skills related to leading e-discovery and electronic data collection in the context of large, complex litigation
- Class action experience and ideally marine, international trade and/or transport experience
- Strong academic credentials, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pro-active critical and problem-solving skills to not only support the team's work but to also find creative new solutions
- Excellent organisational skills to provide leadership and timely responses to team and internal/external clients
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- The ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively in a team environment
- A keen interest in your own professional development
