    Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a techno-commercial solution provider in Electrical/Lighting products in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking for dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive who will drive sales and contribute to the growth of the business by promoting and selling a range of products. Other responsibilities are

    - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

    - Identify and target potential customers, build and maintain a strong customer base through effective relationship management.

    - Possess in-depth knowledge of the companys products, including cables, floor boxes, conduits, switches, fans, lights and lighting materials.

    - Provide expert advice to customers

    - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

    - Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.

    - Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required by management.



    Requirements

    - Possess a bachelors degree

    - Minimum 2 years sales experience in Abu Dhabi

    - Familiarity with electrical products

    - Strong negotiation and communication skills

    Requirements
    - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Proven track record of at least 5-8 years in sales, with a focus on the power industry. - Strong knowledge of UPS systems, power electronics, and related technologies. - Demonstrated experience in channel partner management and a solid understanding of channel business models. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
