What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, reflecting a commitment to excellence and a solid foundation in Revenue Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or distribution, showcasing a proven track record of success in Optimising Revenue and Driving Profitability.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, enabling effective analysis of market data, trends, and revenue performance.
  • The ability to work both Independently and Collaboratively as part of a Team, embodying strong Leadership Qualities and Organisational Acumen.
  • Proven experience in connecting new Distribution Channels and assessing the performance of existing channels, showcasing a Visionary Approach to Continuous Improvement and Expansion.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Industry-Leading Revenue Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Travel Click, or similar) for pricing, inventory, distribution management, and rate parity checks.
  • Computer literacy, with a mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook for data analysis and reporting.
  • A Proactive Nature with a meticulous Eye for Detail, complemented by the ability to Multitask effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  • Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes Industry-Leading Revenue Management and Distribution Strategies for FIVE's luxurious destinations in Dubai and Zurich, aiming to maximise revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Analyses market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer behaviour to determine bespoke Pricing, Inventory, and Distribution Strategies that Optimise Revenue and Set the Gold Standard to increase Direct Bookings.
  • Monitors and analyses sales, revenue, and distribution Data with a Keen Eye for upcoming Trends, Opportunities, and Challenges, facilitating Revenue Optimisation and Cost Minimisation.
  • Collaborates closely with the Commercial Leadership Team to curate promotions, packages, and pricing Strategies that attract new Guests and cultivate Lasting Relationships.
  • Strategically manages and optimises the hotel's Room Inventory, ensuring Maximum Utilisation and Revenue-Generating Capacity.
  • Oversees and manages the hotel's Distribution Channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), globally recognised distribution systems (GDS), and direct bookings to maximise revenue and optimise costs.
  • Conducts meticulous Rate Parity Checks across various distribution channels, upholding the FIVE's Commitment to Consistency and Fair Pricing.
  • Explores new Boundary-Breaking Distribution Channels, evaluating their potential and assessing the performance of existing channels to identify opportunities for Expansion.
