    The Senior Associate plays a key role in our team, focusing on gaining new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones, especially within the design and architect communities.

    This position requires a solid understanding of the luxury market and skill in building connections with local designers and key players in events and gifting.

    This role is essential in boosting our brand's visibility and providing an exceptional, personalized service experience, aiming not just to meet but to exceed the expectations of our clients, ensuring each interaction showcases our commitment to luxury and personalized attention.

    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury home decoration market.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base.
    • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and upcoming projects.

    Brand Presence and Image Enhancement:

    • Strategically position our brand within the design and architectural community.
    • Identify and engage with key influencers, designers, and architects to enhance our brand image.
    • Collaborate with corporate clients to understand their gifting needs and promote our luxury gifts and seasonal corporate gifts.
    • Develop tailored solutions for corporate partners, aligning our offerings with their brand values.
    • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.

    What you'll need to succeed

    • Experienced in luxury home decoration sales, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Must have a minimum of 2Years of experience in Sales, Partnership or similar roles.
    • Must have great command of English. Arabic or Russian language would be an added benefit.
    • Open to travel within or outside the region as and when required by the business.
    • Valid Driver's License and open to mobility to meet clients and or vendors.
    • Experience in the UAE and/or GCC
