Job Description:


Responsibilities:

• Designing and planning menus tailored to clients' preferences and event requirements
• Overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency across all dishes
• Managing kitchen staff, including delegation of tasks and supervision during events
• Coordinating with event planners, vendors, and staff to ensure seamless execution of catering events
• Upholding high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in the kitchen and during events
• Adhering to budgetary constraints and optimizing costefficiency without compromising quality

Requirements:

• Culinary degree or equivalent formal training from a reputable institution
• Proven experience as a catering chef or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing largescale events
• Strong culinary skills and creativity in menu development and presentation
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to work effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fastpaced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
