    Position Overview :

    As a Strategic Alliance Leader, you will work with our partner in the cloud space with a focus across multiple industries and technology to further our value add in the marketplace. You will lead business development efforts to identify, assess and lead the implementation of partnership opportunities that contribute to increasing market share and brand value.

    Sales focus

    · Drive Account Mapping and collaboration to drive deals for the BU

    · Engage Strategic Partners to drive collaboration deeper into the BU through Sales plays, GTMs and focus on large deals

    · Map BU level Partner and Virtusa orgs and build multi-level relationships with BU Partner teams

    · Review all relevant deals on a weekly basis and collaborate with Virtusa/Partner teams to drive growth for Virtusa

    · Collaborate with Alliance Sales Manager(s) to enable Partner deal sourcing

    · Plan and drive joint Sales/GTM engagements working with Partner and Virtusa teams, for respective BUs

    Business Planning and Collaboration

    · Work with various teams to develop and execute BU focused Alliance Plans, update on quarterly basis

    · Provide weekly/monthly reporting with focus on metrics progress

    · Participate in and drive internal/Partner calls as needed, including biweekly calls with key internal teams

    Operational Aspects

    · Support Partner portals to reflect deals and deployments to increase Virtusa influence in Partner ecosystem

    · Work with Virtusa opportunity owners to get the deals tagged in Virtusa Sales Mgmt system and receive appropriate credit

    Business Planning and Collaboration

    · Work with various teams to develop and execute BU focused Alliance Plans, update on quarterly basis

    · Provide weekly/monthly reporting with focus on metrics progress

    · Participate in and drive internal/Partner calls as needed, including biweekly calls with key internal teams
