Description

Ensures converting Retail plan / budgetinto strategic actions and achieves the product targets withinagreed cost budget.

-Ensures distribution ofstrategic initiative in order to guarantee a smooth running ofbusiness while maintaining the timely and effective resolution ofall issues within own branch.

-Ensure adherenceto branch and regulator policies, recommendations and CBEregulations

Responsibilities

-Implement the marketing strategies of the bank to maximize branchprofitability.

Adhere and implement theBank's policies and procedures in addition to abiding tothe local laws and banking regulations.

-Maintain non-earning assets and operating costs to the minimumwithout affecting the bank's image and level of clientservice.

Enhance income generating assetsthrough acquisition of good potential business, bring new to bankor cross selling to existing clients at minimal delinquencylevels.

Ensure proper operational transactionswithin the branch.

Monitor the vault limit andcontrol cash shipments to branches or otherbanks.

Supervise, monitor and control theactivities and productivity of the sales team to achieve the salesbudget and identifying the training needs ofstaff.

Enhance teamwork, motivate, and managethe branch staff to ensure accomplishment of their professionalgoals.
