    Customer Acquisition Specialist

    This role is focused on sales, with targets to achieve. The Telesales Officer for Citi Gold Acquisitions Team promotes and sells wealth management products and services to existing and prospective clients via outbound calls.

    The job involves building client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and supporting the achievement of sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads for new Citigold & Citigold Private bank accounts through effective telemarketing.
