Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
Led and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within-budgetCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, goals, and objectivesDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plansMonitor project progress and identify potential issues and risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategiesPrepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, budget variance reports, and risk assessment reportsEnsure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulationsReview and approve project plans, designs, and documents· Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendorsProvide technical support and guidance to project team membersContinuously seek to improve project management processes and proceduresUndertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations

Required:
Bachelor's Degree / At least 3 years of experience in UAE- Interior Fit-out w/ Driving LicensePreferred language: Arabic and English / Site Engineer ExperiencedJob Types:
