Job Title :
Operation Executive


Responsibilities:

  • Preparing quotation, issuing LPO, sending RFQ through ERP software
  • Proper follow up of the quotation from vendor
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations.
  • Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.
  • Maintaining proper RFQ register, LPO register, Quotation registers and file.
  • Ensure proper supply within time.
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Keep proper attendance of staff.

Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge with Microsoft office apps.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with team members, vendors and Customers
  • Experience with ERP Software.
  • Available to fill the position immediately.

Educational Qualification:
Any bachelor's degree


Salary:
Competitive salary as per your experience


Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
